Applications of Recycled Rubber Powder Rubber powder is the final product of ambient tire recycling. In a semi-automatic tire recycling production line, crumb rubber is further ground into a clean powder with virtually all steel wire and fiber removed. The rubber powder produced by this waste tire recycling equipment has numerous secondary applications, including injection-molded products, coatings, roofing materials, and various asphalt applications.

Rubber powder is typically available in particle sizes ranging from 400 to 74 microns (0.400–0.074 mm). This micron-sized material can be incorporated into new or existing formulations for various polymers and finished products. The rubber powder production line can be configured according to the required particle size and downstream application.
