Intelligent dismantling technology for decommissioned power batteries leads the market

Time: 2025-01-06

With the booming development of the new energy vehicle market, the decommissioning of power batteries is becoming more and more prominent. This undoubtedly opens up a brand new market for the lithium battery recycling industry. However, how to efficiently and safely recycle these decommissioned batteries has become a major challenge in front of the industry.

With the progress of technology, lithium battery intelligent dismantling technology came into being, providing efficient technology for power battery recycling and reuse.

Intelligent dismantling technology is the key to realising the recycling and reuse of retired power batteries. It makes use of advanced equipment and technology to carry out charged crushing, low-temperature volatilisation, comprehensive sorting, depowdering, pyrolysis and other processes on decommissioned batteries to achieve efficient separation of materials such as diaphragm, pole piece, copper and aluminium, black powder and other materials in the batteries. The advantage of this technology is that it not only achieves the safe crushing of lithium batteries, but also effectively improves the recovery rate of valuable metals and recovery purity, which both reach more than 98%.

Lithium battery dismantling equipment is able to extract black powder, copper, aluminium, etc. from waste lithium batteries, and transport them to the battery material manufacturing production line, so as to achieve the rebirth of the battery.

With the continuous development and improvement of intelligent dismantling technology, the recycling and reuse of retired power batteries will become more efficient and safer in the future.
